SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping takes 8-18 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $60. Orders below $60 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at castorglow@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately.

Customs & Duties CastorGlow™ ships from overseas. Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by US customs. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
