In the morning, remove it and wipe your skin clean. Use it as often as you like — the best ritual is the one you'll actually keep.

The wrap itself doesn't include castor oil — you add the oil to the cotton panel before wrapping. We recommend an organic, cold-pressed castor oil. It's widely available at health stores and online.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry or iron. With regular care, your wrap should last several months of nightly use.

All CastorGlow™ wraps are made from 100% organic cotton with zero synthetic materials, dyes, or chemical finishes. If you have a known cotton allergy, very reactive skin, are pregnant, or have any health condition, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before use.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Standard delivery takes 8–18 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to all orders over $60, regardless of destination. Import duties or customs fees, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

We can modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order will already be in processing. Please contact us immediately at castorglow@outlook.com if you need to make a change.

Yes. If CastorGlow™ isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery — opened, used, doesn't matter — and we'll refund you in full. Email us at castorglow@outlook.com with your order number and we'll reply within 24 hours with a return address. Return shipping is on the customer; once the wrap arrives, we refund the full order to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The guarantee covers one order per customer, and bundles are refunded as a whole (you can't keep two wraps and return one).

Simple. Try the wrap for up to 30 days from your delivery date. If it isn't right for you, email us at castorglow@outlook.com with your order number, we send you a return address, you ship it back (return shipping on you), and we refund the full order within 3–5 business days of receiving it. No awkward questions.
