Shipping

Free over $60

Orders over $60 ship free worldwide. Standard delivery takes 8–18 business days depending on your location. Delays in shipping are due to high volume of orders

Returns

Unopened items only

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Product

Apply a small amount of organic castor oil to the skin over the target area. Place the CastorGlow™ pack directly on top, secure gently if needed, and wear overnight. Remove in the morning and wipe the skin clean. We recommend starting with 3–4 nights per week and building from there.

The pack itself does not include castor oil — you apply the oil separately to your skin before placing the pack. We recommend using organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil for best results. It's widely available at health stores and online.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry or iron. With regular care, your pack should last several months of nightly use.

Yes. All CastorGlow™ packs are made from 100% organic cotton with zero synthetic materials, dyes, or chemical finishes. If you have a known cotton allergy or very reactive skin, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Most customers report noticing a difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent nightly use. Results vary depending on the area targeted, your individual lymphatic health, and how regularly you use the pack. Castor oil therapy is a support — not a quick fix — and works best as part of a consistent routine.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Standard delivery takes 8-18 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to all orders over $60, regardless of destination. Import duties or customs fees, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the customer.

We can modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order will already be in processing. Please contact us immediately at castorglow@outlook.com if you need to make a change.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at castorglow@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
