Return and Refund Policy

CastorGlow™ Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every CastorGlow™ pack with a full 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — UNUSED, for hygiene reasons, with original packaging intact. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at castorglow@outlook.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on where to send your package.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at castorglow@outlook.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it using the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened castor oil packs that have been used cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at castorglow@outlook.com.
